This Privacy Policy explains how Tic Tac Toe handles information when you use the app. Tic Tac Toe is a simple game app that does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
The app stores limited gameplay and app preference information on your device, such as whether sound is muted, the app's first launch date, and completed game counts used to control ad timing. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Tic Tac Toe uses Google AdMob to show ads. Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform may collect or receive information from your device to provide ads, measure ad performance, detect fraud and abuse, and comply with legal requirements. This may include device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction data, diagnostic information, and other information described in Google's policies.
Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required, the app asks for consent before requesting ads and provides privacy options so you can review or change your choices.
Learn more about Google's privacy practices here: Google Privacy Policy and Google AdMob Policies.
The app includes third-party advertising technology. When submitting the app to the App Store, the privacy information includes data collected by third-party partners such as Google AdMob, including data used for third-party advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and app functionality where applicable.
Tic Tac Toe is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the issue.
We do not sell personal information. We do not receive personal information directly from users through the app. Information may be processed by Google AdMob as described above and in Google's own policies.
Local app preferences remain on your device until you delete the app or reset the relevant device data. Google may retain advertising and measurement information according to its own privacy policy and service terms.
You can manage advertising privacy choices through the app's privacy options when they are shown, through iOS/Android privacy settings, and through choices provided by Google. You can also delete locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
